How much do you charge for shipping?
All orders placed through our website will ship anywhere in the USA for FREE! The price you see is the price you pay. No sales tax!
Will you ship outside of the USA?
Yes, but you must contact us first!
You will not be able to (self checkout) purchase items directly through this web-site with an international shipping address.
The only accepted methods of payment for international buyers will be either a bank wire transfer, or PayPal with a verified shipping address. If Pay-Pal is chosen, you will need to supply us with your Pay-Pal address and the item number(s) so we can send you an invoice. We will determine what the costs of shipping will be once we know the destination and value of desired items.
* Please understand that some Countries charge import duties or taxes on gold at customs, which the purchaser would then be responsible for.
How do you ship?
We typically ship our products through USPS. The majority of our items will be mailed First Class in a 4”x7” padded envelope or small flat rate priority box, with orders over $100 requiring signature confirmation. Our paydirt bags, and larger nuggets or specimens will be shipped in a priority small flat rate box. Highly valuable packages will be sent insured registered mail.
How fast do you ship?
We will typically ship your order the next business day from the time of receiving cleared payment. We typically go to the post office every-other day, so if your order comes in before we have gone it will ship the same day. However sometimes we are out of the office for a couple days at a time, in this event all orders placed will ship when we get back into town.
Can I track my package?
Yes, we will provide (email) you a USPS tracking number after your purchase and once we have shipped your order.
What form of payment do you accept?
We can accept instant payments with all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. We will also gladly accept money orders or cashier’s checks. Just add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart, and then click on the “view cart” button located at the top right of the webpage. Here you will be able to complete the checkout by adding your shipping information and selecting your form of payment. Purchases over $2500 will have to be completed by either a bank wire transfer or cashier’s check.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with you purchase, please contact us immediately. You will then have 3 business days to get your order back in the mail to us, and we will issue a full refund. We try our hardest to take the best quality photographs so that each individual piece is represented properly. Please be sure to view all of the images and read the entire description before making a purchase. Also feel free to ask any questions you may have to help avoid any possibilities of needing to return an item.
