158.8 Gram Idaho Gold & Quartz Specimen
Product Description
An unbelievably awesome mineral specimen! This guy has barely see the light of day, and was unearthed from a hard-rock mine at a depth of about 1000 feet. The mine is located in Southern Idaho in Owyhee county, and I doubt you have one from there in your collection. It has a total weight of (5.1 OZT.) 158.8 grams, and we are speculating somewhere around 25 grams of gold.
The gold is mainly composed of beautiful Feather-like crystalline structures, and is simply mind boggling to look at under a loop. The black shale base in contrast with the white quartz and gold gives this unique one of a kind Picasso a very attractive appearance, and is without question a museum quality specimen!
