A Very beautiful chunk on gold & quartz from Central California!
This natural gold specimen was recently found with a metal detector in Mariposa County. It weighs 8.37 grams and the specific gravity test says there is 6+ grams of very pure yellow native Californian gold contained. This piece has not traveled very far at all from the source, and will be a fantastic addition to someone's natural gold collection!
