An extremely nice California gold nugget was found in the Sierra Nevada mountains with a metal detector!
This sweet gold nugget pendant weighs 9.20 grams and has never been worn. It has a very pretty two part solid gold bail and is going to look great dangling around someone's neck! The miner who found this piece believes that this gold was brought into the area by a glacial deposit.

The eyelet opening on the bail is about 1/8 inch or 3.2 mm wide.
